Based in Jababeka, Cikarang.
Our factory sits in the Jababeka Industrial Estate in Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, one of Indonesia’s longest-established industrial addresses, about 35 km east of Jakarta. We share the estate with local and multinational manufacturers, and with the infrastructure that keeps production and exports moving.

Air and water are part of the manufacturing process. Dedicated systems keep both under control.
HVAC system
A controlled HVAC system regulates temperature, humidity, air circulation and airborne particles in accordance with WHO standards, supporting a controlled manufacturing environment.
Water treatment system
A double-step reverse osmosis (RO) system combined with electrodeionization (EDI), based on USP 29 standards, produces ultra-purified, pharmaceutical-grade water for manufacturing.

Halal from formulation to finished product
Halal matters for brands serving Muslim consumers in Indonesia and around the world. We consider ingredients, raw materials, processing, manufacturing, handling and packaging throughout development.
In Indonesia, Halal certification is administered by BPJPH under the national Halal Product Assurance framework. Our team can assist with the certification process from the beginning of formulation.

BPOM regulatory support
Products distributed in Indonesia must comply with BPOM, the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority. We prepare the product and formulation information required for submission: notification for cosmetics, registration for health supplements.

Tested at every stage.
Strict quality control runs from raw materials and packaging to the finished product, and every formula is assessed for stability, safety, microbiological quality and, where required, efficacy.
Product development
Our formulation scientists develop formulas with the best stability and skin-delivery profile. Our expert panel then evaluates appearance and sensorial feel, texture, absorption and after-feel.
Stability assessment
Every formula is tested across temperature, light and humidity to withstand harsh storage and transport. Beyond accelerated tests, we monitor stability throughout the shelf life.
Safety assessment
We assess raw materials and finished formulas on real human skin to minimise irritation. No product is released until it passes our strict internal safety evaluation.
Microbiological assessment
Every product undergoes preservative testing based on Pharmacopoeia methods, held to stricter internal standards. Facilities and machines are also tested regularly for hygiene.
Efficacy assessment
We believe in evidence-based cosmetics. Efficacy testing on human volunteers shows how a finished product really performs before it is commercialised, and provides the clinical data to substantiate your marketing claims.
We test on Asian volunteers, so results reflect the skin of your target consumers, which testing centres overseas often cannot offer.
