Getting started
What can you manufacture for my brand?
We are an OEM and ODM manufacturer for skincare (serums, creams, gels, toners) and oral supplements, including vitamins, probiotics, collagen and herbal formulas in capsules, tablets, powder sachets and liquid sachets. We can also run clinical trials on your finished product.
Do you work with brands outside Indonesia?
Yes. We manufacture for international and Indonesian brands, and our team works with you in English from first brief to shipment.
Can you make products under my brand name?
Yes. We develop and manufacture products that you sell under your own brand (private label, OEM or ODM), including formula, packaging and regulatory support.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM, we manufacture your existing formula or specification under your brand. With ODM, we develop the formula for you, from concept and samples to the finished product. With private label, you start from one of our proven formulas and put your brand on it.
What products can you make?
Skincare and oral health supplements, under one roof. Skincare and cosmeceuticals: serums, creams, lotions and hair care. Oral supplements: powder and liquid sachets, capsules or tablets in blister packs, and bottled formats. We also make herbal products. Texture, scent, colour, flavour and actives can all be tailored to your brand.
Do you offer a complete, end-to-end service?
Yes. We can handle product concept, formulation and samples, ingredient and stability testing, regulatory and trademark registration, packaging design, production and quality control, plus clinical studies for selected formulas. Use the full service or only the steps you need.
Can I bring my own formula or sample?
Yes. Share your formula or sample and what you would like to change. Our team will review it and plan development and testing.

Regulatory & quality
Is your factory licensed and certified?
Yes. Our factory holds GMP, ISO 9001 and UKAS-accredited product certification, plus Halal assurance and BPOM manufacturing certification for cosmetics (CPKB), herbal products (CPOTB) and food and supplements (CPPOB). BPOM is Indonesia’s food and drug authority.
Do you offer Halal-certified products?
Yes. We can manufacture Halal-certified products under Indonesia’s national Halal authority (BPJPH), useful for Muslim-majority markets. We also handle registration with BPOM, Indonesia’s food and drug authority, if you sell in Indonesia.
Can you register my trademark?
Yes. We can register your brand name and logo as a trademark in Indonesia with DJKI, the national intellectual property office, so your brand is protected before it goes to market.
Can you prepare my product for export?
Yes. Tell us your destination markets early so we can review the formula, ingredient limits, label wording, packaging and the documents each market requires.
Can you run a clinical trial for my product?
For selected formulations, we can conduct clinical research in Indonesia and, where applicable, publish the results in international peer-reviewed journals.
Orders, cost & timing
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the formula and raw materials, packaging, order quantity, the certifications your markets require, and whether you want clinical testing. Share your brief and we will prepare a quote.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on your range. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary with the number of SKUs you order, and the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. Tell us what you have in mind and we will propose a workable MOQ and an overall package that fits your launch.
Do you design packaging?
Yes, packaging and label design is free. Choose from a wide range of existing bottle, jar and tube shapes and customise the colour and finish (such as matte, gloss or frosted), or develop a custom mould for a shape that is entirely yours. Labels can be applied as stickers or screen-printed, and your logo can be embossed directly onto the pack.
How long does the first sample take?
It depends on the product type and how much development your formula needs. Once we have reviewed your brief, we will give you a sample timeline, and refine the sample with you until you approve it.
How long will my product take?
Timing depends on the formula, materials, packaging, testing and approvals. We agree these steps with you before confirming a production and delivery plan.
How do you keep my delivery on time?
Our ISO 9001 system and Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) make sure raw and packaging materials are available before your purchase order, so production and delivery stay on schedule.

How experienced is your team?
Our founder, Dr. Wong Lip Wih, a pharmacist with a PhD from King’s College London, spent 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 8 years as Director of R&D in beauty before founding the company in 2015. Many of our formulas are clinically published in international journals.
